Art Letters is a recurring monthly subscription. For UK members, you will pay £7.00 a month with no extra charges for postage as your stamp is included.

For international members beyond the sea there is a small additional fee of £2 per month to cover the costs of posting abroad. This doesn’t cover the whole cost of postage abroad but is a contribution towards it, therefore your monthly subscription charge will be charged at £9.00 per month.

Art Letters is a subscription product therefore on joining you are agreeing to payment being made on a recurring basis on the same day every month in order to receive your print. You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or returns on these products, but you can cancel your subscription for future months at anytime.

Yes. Every month an £7.00 payment will recur on the same day as your initial order was made to keep your subscription active, via the payment method you signed up with.

For UK members postage is free. For those across the ocean your subscription fee will include an additional postage fee to assist with extra safe travelling.

The 6 month gift subscription of Art Letters, is prepaid and delivered individually every month.

This also has the option of either a one off payment or as a six monthly subscription which would be charged again after the original 6 months has ended, beginning another 6 monthly subscription term. Please be aware of the option you select at checkout.

Art Letters is shipped worldwide. To keep the costs of postage as low as possible postage is not tracked. However a reliable postal service is always used to send your print to you. Prints are packaged in a wonderfully sturdy mail box to keep it safe on its travels. And is designed to fit through your letter box!

UK Postage: 3-4 business days

International: 7 - 21 business days

Subscriptions are open for the entire month. If you subscribe by the 20th of the month you will receive that month’s print. Subscriptions made after the 20th will roll into the next month’s print and continue from there.

Orders are fulfilled and posted out between the 22nd - 25th of each month.

You will only be charged once during each month period.

If your print hasn’t arrived please do let me know. I can check your details, chase after the post lady and send you out another Art Letters parcel ASAP.

Sadly I can’t offer refunds but will replace your art and make sure it's posted first class.

International orders can sometimes take up 2-4 weeks in peak season, so please don’t panic.

Yes you can cancel your subscription anytime.

You will be given access to a simple customer portal on the website where you can manage your details, update your address and cancel your subscription easily.

Art Letters is professionally printed at a local printers on FSC certified 250gsm Cotton Paper which is not only beautiful but also a mix of both recycled materials and cotton fibres making it one of the best papers to eco create with. And is all fully recyclable.

Outer packaging is also deeply considered and recyclable paper or card is always used where possible.
