To best preserve prints and artworks, keep prints out of direct sunlight and away from moisture and humidity.
To best preserve prints and artworks on paper, conservation framing is recommended, using acid-free mount boards and UV protective glass.

Store artworks in translucent glassine paper sleeves provided.

Pastel artworks - keep protective glassine paper over until framing due to fragile nature.

Your privacy is valued and respected.

When you place an order through the website I will ask for your name and email address so that you can be sent your order and delivery information, as well as if there are any questions regarding your order. To process your order, I will ask for your name, billing and delivery address. This information is stored online on the website platform Squarespace and is shared with our payment processing platforms Stripe , PayPal and Square. I do not receive any of our customers’ banking details. Certain direct purchases or commissions may also be paid for by bank transfer, for which I only receive the name & reference. Depending on what type of print or product you order, I may share your name and address with fulfilment suppliers for delivery purposes. Otherwise, I never share this information with third parties.

If you opt into my mailing list subscription, I will collect your email address and also possibly your first name and surname. This will never be shared with third parties, and will only be used to send you updates or new products that might be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe at any time via the email itself, or simply email direct; kathryntaylorstudio@gmail.com

I may also collect your data if you voluntarily contact me via email, the contact form, in person or social media. If you contact me or order directly via email (e.g. a commission enquiry or a purchase directly from social media), I will keep this information to be able to fulfil the services and for accounting records. If you share your email address with me at checkout but do not complete the purchase I may use this data to send you a cart reminder.

In exceptional circumstances I may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.
