Originals and prints are all wrapped in plenty of squashy paper, wrapping and extra recycled packaging where need to keep them snug and safe on their journey to you. Your order will be shipped in a cardboard mailer or tube (prints) depending on their size.

My priority is to always make sure your artwork arrives safe and protected and great care is taken to ensure it is packaged really well to start its trip across country. These pieces is extremely important to me to I take every measure possible.

Please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. I cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately via kathryntaylorstudio@gmail.com , quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping.

Providing the piece has not already been shipped, I will be able to make the necessary changes. I will literally cry if anything gets lost, if in doubt about any details shared on your order, email me straight away and I’ll ensure she’s posted correctly to you. Thank you

Each original comes with a cute mini certificate declaring to the world that the piece of artwork you have lovingly invested in was truly made by me. It was, I absolutely promise and I will probably check in like an obsessed mother that they have reached you safely.

Three rings on arrival please, that’s all I ask. A picture would be wonderful x

Packaging is my favourite thing and I literally save every piece of squashy recycled shredded paper I can to make artwork snug in their boxes.

In regards Tiny Art & Prints, to keep environmental impacts low I also work exclusively with UK based independent printers, source all papers from resourceful suppliers and use beautiful environmentally assured, FSC certified recycled paper products wherever I can (they always feel the loveliest to hold and hang anyway).

All originals are prepared and packaged and a few days is taken to do this in the studio and then post.

All print orders are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for them to be made and then posted in a fancy tube box to you.

Collection from my sunny bolton (Greater Manchester) studio is also an option if this suits you better. Please email me directly to arrange once your order has been placed.

Any customs or shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Regarding original artwork - I do not accept returns once they have left the studio. It is a huge investment (financially and of the heart) to purchase an original and taken very seriously by myself and each of my customers. So I ask you invest with a full heart and only purchase if you truly can’t walk away from them and feel that real connection to have them in your home. You are very welcome to request extra pictures of the piece before you purchase.

Prints - I work hard to create high quality products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of receiving your order via kathryntaylorstudio@gmail.com . I will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition within the packaging they arrived in.
