Prints are wrapped in glassine paper. Protective recycled material is also placed inside to keep your painting or print safe and sturdy. Your order will be shipped in a cardboard mailer or tube depending on size. My priority is to always make sure your artwork arrives safe and protected and take great care in ensuring it is packaged well to start its journey.

Please ensure that the address on your confirmation email is correct. I cannot accept any responsibility for delivery if the incorrect address is provided. If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with the studio immediately via kathryntaylorstudio@gmail.com , quoting your order number, the incorrect address and where you would like the order shipping.

Providing t has not already been shipped, I will be able to make the necessary changes.

Each limited edition print includes is signed and numbered by myself in the studio before making its way to you.

To keep environmental impacts low I work exclusively with UK based independent printers. source all papers from resourceful suppliers and recyclable goods. I always aim to be minimal wherever I can.

All print orders are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for them to be made and posted.

Once your order has been made and dispatched, please allow the following time for postage:

• Ireland Tracked - 2-3 working days

• Europe tracked via DHL - 2-5 working days

• US tracked via DHL - 2-5 working days

• Rest of the World tracked via DHL - 2 - 5 working days

All orders are tracked. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking info as soon as your order has been posted.

Collection from the studio is also an option if this suits you better.

Any customs or shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Regarding original artwork - I do not accept returns.

Prints - I work hard to create high quality products, however if for any reason you're not happy with your order, please get in touch with me within 48 hours of receiving your order via kathryntaylorstudio@gmail.com . I will give you details of how to return the item(s) for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition within the packaging they arrived in.
