Floral Fables is a continuous body of work inspired by the interwoven stories of flowers and how they gently and powerfully take up their own space. It is the small, unnoticed stories of those that grow the wildest that inspire me the most.
To me, flowers are a gentle, empowering reminder of self belief and their inner permission to grow, dance and weave through life exactly how they wish; happily, contently, without doubt or question.
Each painting aims to capture my love of these observed stories.
